Ecommerce SEO · consultancy
A consultation is a diagnosis, not a retainer. You get a named list of what is costing you traffic, in the order it is worth fixing, and you are free to take it to anybody. It works the same whether you sell through a checkout or take enquiries.
The problems that are specific to a catalogue
The filter and sort controls on a category page can generate thousands of near-identical URLs and spend your crawl budget on combinations nobody searches for.
Two of your own pages reaching for the same phrase is two pages losing. Each category page has to own exactly one, and everything else pointing at it.
Every other retailer selling that item published the same words, so the page has nothing of its own for Google to prefer. A title can be corrected in an afternoon. A catalogue with nothing of its own to say is the actual work.
Products that vanish take their rankings with them. Page four of a category gets buried where nothing links to it.
Google puts a good Largest Contentful Paint at 2.5 seconds or under. Both of these decide what Google can reach and how it reads what it finds.
Yours to keep either way
What is wrong, what each one is costing, and which to do first. Sequenced so you can tell afterwards which change moved the number.
Not a count. The actual phrases, and which page of yours should own each one.
Including when the answer is that your SEO is fine and the problem is somewhere else.
Both figures published by the client
A Canadian retailer competing with much larger marketplaces. The UI and page-speed work came before the keyword work, deliberately. Jinamart.
An art-supplies retailer in Dubai, where the keyword set was decided before anything was written. Skribl Box.
Said plainly, so you pick once
You have someone who can do the work, or you want a second opinion before committing a budget, or you suspect the problem is not SEO at all.
Nobody in-house is going to write 400 product descriptions, and the list from the consultation needs someone to actually do it. That is the ecommerce SEO service, and it starts from the same audit.
Five fields, three required
The consultation is free. If it turns out your category pages are fine and the checkout is the problem, we will say so.
